Complete the Bloodmyst Isle storylines listed below.
Bloodmyst Isle Quests is a 10-point achievement requiring you to complete 60 quests (not 65 as the tooltip suggests) across Bloodmyst Isle, including several hidden and prerequisite quests that are easy to miss.
Complete A Small Start First
Before setting foot on Bloodmyst Isle, travel to Azuremyst Isle and complete the quest A Small Start. This single quest is the prerequisite that unlocks Urgent Delivery from Messenger Hermesius in Bloodmyst Isle, which begins a five-quest chain — including a quest delivered by mail — required for the achievement.
Complete Learning the Language Chain
Complete the full quest chain that begins with Learning the Language on Azuremyst Isle. Without finishing this chain, you will not be able to speak with Princess Stillpine, locking you out of her associated quests on Bloodmyst Isle.
Check Messenger Hermesius in Blood Watch
Visit Messenger Hermesius in Blood Watch to pick up Urgent Delivery and its chain. If he offers no quests, travel south to Admiral Odesysus at Odesyus Landing in southern Azuremyst Isle to obtain The Bloodcurse Legacy, which may be required to unlock his quests.
Kill Tzerak for His Drop Quest
Find and kill Tzerak, a demon boss that wanders around Nazzivian, to loot 
Tzerak's Armor Plate, which starts a drop quest required for the achievement.
Kill Cruelfin for His Drop Quest
Find and kill Cruelfin at the southern edge of Bloodmyst Isle to loot 
Red Crystal Pendant, which starts another drop quest required for the achievement.
Visit Clopper Wizbang's Hideout
Travel to Clopper Wizbang's hideout in northern Bloodmyst Isle, where he can give you a replacement 
Weathered Treasure Map that starts a quest you may have missed.
Check Out-of-the-Way Quest Givers
Seek out Researcher Cornelius and Prince Toreth — Prince Toreth paces along the southern shore of Wyrmscar Island and is easily overlooked. Both offer quests that count toward the achievement.
Check Vindicator Boros After Turning In Shards
After turning in Irradiated Crystal Shards to Vindicator Boros, check him again for follow-up quests, as the repeatable question-mark icon can overwrite the exclamation-mark quest indicator, making new quests appear hidden.
Tips
The achievement tooltip displays xx/65 but only 60 quests are actually required for completion.
A Small Start is the only quest in its chain you need to complete — finishing the entire follow-up chain is not required to unlock Urgent Delivery.
