Travel to the dungeon entrance

Head to the pit at 26.3, 49.46 in Dragonblight. Turn south toward the Azjol-Nerub meeting stone and take the right path to reach the entrance at 25.98, 50.83.

Defeat all Heroic bosses

Enter Azjol-Nerub on Heroic difficulty and defeat all bosses within the dungeon to complete the achievement.
