Complete the Westfall storylines listed below.
Westfall Quests is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Westfall storylines, starting from the road entering Westfall from Elwynn Forest.
Begin Quests from Elwynn Road
Head to the road entering Westfall from Elwynn Forest, where NPCs await to kick off a quest chain. Enable the 'Find low level quests' option on the minimap to ensure no quests are missed.
Farm Harvest Watcher Hearts
Kill Harvest Watchers near Saldean's Farm, as they drop a 
Harvest Watcher Heart that starts a quest counting toward the achievement.
Quest at the Lighthouse
Travel to the Lighthouse and complete the quests there, killing Murlocs in the process — Murlocs have a chance to drop the 
Captain Sanders' Treasure Map, which starts its own multi-part quest chain that counts toward the achievement.
Visit Sentinel Hill Tower
Pick up and complete the quests available at Sentinel Hill Tower, as this hub provides a significant portion of the storyline quests needed for the achievement.
Loot Moonbrook Thugs
While completing the Sentinel Hill questline that leads you to Moonbrook, loot the thugs there as they drop a 
Red Bandana that starts an additional quest counting toward the achievement.
Tips
If you are a high-level character, remember to loot all enemy corpses manually, as quest items can otherwise be missed.
