Enter The Ruby Sanctum
Travel to The Ruby Sanctum and enter the raid. You can set the difficulty to Heroic without clearing Normal mode first.
Defeat Halion on Heroic
Engage and defeat Halion. During the fight, his portal spirit will appear—click it when it spawns to continue the encounter.
