The Green Brewfest Stein achievement is a Feat of Strength awarded for owning the 2009 Vintage Green Brewfest Stein, which was retroactively granted to players who already had the item when the achievement was added in patch 3.3.3 on March 23, 2010.
Obtain the Green Brewfest Stein
This achievement was only obtainable on or around March 23, 2010, when Blizzard retroactively added it for players who already had the Green Brewfest Stein from the October 2009 Brewfest event. If you had the item and deleted it, you could submit a GM ticket to have it reimbursed and receive the achievement upon looting it from your mailbox.
