Heroic: Fall of the Lich King (10 player) is a 25-point achievement earned by defeating every boss in Icecrown Citadel on 10-player Heroic difficulty.
Clear ICC10 Normal First
Complete a full clear of Icecrown Citadel on 10-player Normal difficulty before attempting Heroic, as the achievement is not visible until you have done so. If you defeat a boss on Heroic before completing the Normal version of the raid, that Heroic kill will not count toward the Normal clear achievement.
Defeat Every Heroic Boss
Enter Icecrown Citadel on 10-player Heroic difficulty and defeat every boss in the raid to earn the achievement.
