Full House (25 player)
Defeat Lady Deathwhisper with at least five different types of Cultists active at the time of her demise in 25-player mode.
Full House (25 player) is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Lady Deathwhisper in 25-player mode while at least five different types of Cultists — Cult Fanatic, Deformed Fanatic, Reanimated Fanatic, Cult Adherent, and Reanimated Adherent — are all alive simultaneously at the moment of her death.
Start the Fight Carefully
Attack Lady Deathwhisper once to begin the encounter, then stop damaging her entirely. She will begin summoning adds on her own — Fanatics are melee-type and Adherents are casters.
Do Not Burn Her Shield
If Lady Deathwhisper stops summoning adds, it is because her mana shield has been destroyed. Avoid heavy damage on her during Phase 1 so she continues summoning the required cultist types.
Allow All Five Types to Spawn
Wait until all five cultist types are active: Cult Fanatic, Deformed Fanatic, Reanimated Fanatic, Cult Adherent, and Reanimated Adherent. Lady Deathwhisper transforms a living cultist into a new type after one of that type is killed in her green circle — she does not resurrect dead ones into new types, so do not kill all adds of the same type at once.
Confirm All Five Are Alive
Before killing Lady Deathwhisper, confirm that all five cultist types are still alive. Using five separate macros with /targetexact commands for each mob name — Reanimated Fanatic, Cult Fanatic, Deformed Fanatic, Reanimated Adherent, and Cult Adherent — and assigning a unique raid marker to each is a reliable way to visually confirm all five are present simultaneously.
Kill Lady Deathwhisper
Once all five cultist types are confirmed alive, kill Lady Deathwhisper to complete the achievement. Think of it as a poker Full House: three Fanatic types and two Adherent types active at the same time.
