Neck-Deep in Vile (10 player)
Kill every Vile Spirit that spawns before it explodes and then defeat the Lich King in 10-player mode.
Neck-Deep in Vile (10 player) requires you to defeat the Lich King in 10-player mode without letting any Vile Spirit explode.
Enter Icecrown Citadel
Enter Icecrown Citadel on 10-player mode and engage the Lich King. At max level you can solo this encounter, and the Lich King will die before any Vile Spirits spawn, automatically granting the achievement without needing to kill any spirits manually.
Push Through Phase 2 Quickly
Nuke the Lich King through Phase 2 and down to 10% as fast as possible. Because Remorseless Winter deals negligible damage at max level, Vile Spirits will not have time to spawn, and you will receive achievement credit for completing the encounter without any spirit explosions.
If Spirits Do Spawn, AoE Them
If Vile Spirits do appear, kill them before they explode using area-of-effect abilities such as Warlock Seed of Corruption, Mage Living Bomb, Priest Mind Sear, Shaman Chain Lightning, or Hunter Multi-Shot.
Tips
Neck-Deep in Vile is no longer required for the Glory of the Icecrown Raider meta-achievement, so it does not block access to the Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher.
