Portal Jockey (10 player) requires you to enter every portal spawned by Valithria Dreamwalker before healing her to full health in Icecrown Citadel's 10-player mode.
Enter Icecrown Citadel
Enter Icecrown Citadel solo at max level and make your way to Valithria Dreamwalker. As a healer, you can burst her to full health before any portals spawn using cooldowns such as Bloodlust, which still awards the achievement — this method works in both 10 and 25-player mode.
Cover All Spawned Portals
If portals do spawn before Valithria reaches full health, every portal that appears must be entered by someone before she is healed to full — the achievement is not personal, so all portals in a given wave must be closed.
