Flu Shot Shortage (10 player)
Defeat Festergut while none of the players in your raid group ever had 3 stacks of Inoculated in 10-player mode.
Flu Shot Shortage (10 player) requires defeating Festergut in 10-player mode without any raid member ever reaching 3 stacks of Inoculated during the encounter.
Understand Inoculated Mechanics
Festergut periodically casts Inhale Blight, and Gas Spores spawn throughout the fight that spread the Inoculated buff. Normally players stack Inoculated to 3 for full 75% shadow damage resistance, but this achievement requires capping every player at exactly 2 stacks, which provides only 50% shadow resistance instead.
Control Spore Distribution
For the first Gas Spore, only the 2 players who receive it should let it explode on them, keeping everyone else away. For the second Gas Spore, have everyone except those first 2 players soak it. For the third Gas Spore, have everyone soak it, which brings all players to exactly 2 stacks of Inoculated.
Survive Pungent Blight
After every 4th Inhale Blight, Festergut casts Pungent Blight which deals roughly 45,000 shadow damage. With only 2 stacks of Inoculated the raid takes significantly more damage than usual, so every player should use a personal defensive cooldown immediately before the cast: Druids use Barkskin, Rogues use Feint, Paladins use Divine Shield, Priests use Power Word: Shield, and Death Knights use Icebound Fortitude and Anti-Magic Shell.
Use Paladin Raid Cooldown
A Paladin with the Divine Guardian talent can activate Divine Sacrifice to grant the entire raid a 20% damage reduction during Pungent Blight. The Paladin can immediately cancel the buff on themselves after activation and the raid-wide shield will remain active. If a Paladin is not available and only one Pungent Blight occurs before Festergut dies, using a Mighty Shadow Protection Potion is an alternative option.
