Defeat Rotface without a Big Ooze casting Unstable Ooze Explosion in 10-player mode.
Dances with Oozes (10 player) requires defeating Rotface in 10-player mode without allowing any Big Ooze to reach 5 stacks and cast Unstable Ooze Explosion.
Enter and pull Rotface
Enter Icecrown Citadel and engage Rotface. Have your main tank hold Rotface in the center of the room, and spread all ranged players around him to avoid Slime Spray while also staying clear of the Ooze Flood that covers a quarter of the room at any given time.
Manage and kite Big Oozes
As small oozes spawn and inevitably merge into a Big Ooze, have your off-tank pick up and kite each Big Ooze. When a Big Ooze reaches 4 stacks, absorb the next merging ooze into it — the key is to never allow any Big Ooze to reach 5 stacks and trigger Unstable Ooze Explosion.
Alternative: zerg Rotface down
If your group has strong DPS, an alternative strategy is to Bloodlust immediately on the pull, ignore managing the oozes entirely, cleanse all diseases to prevent ooze merges from getting out of hand, and burn Rotface down before any Big Ooze reaches 5 stacks — groups have killed him in under 2 minutes this way.
