Full House (10 player)
Defeat Lady Deathwhisper with at least five different types of Cultists active at the time of her demise in 10-player mode.
Full House (10 player) requires defeating Lady Deathwhisper while at least five different types of Cultists — Cult Fanatic, Cult Adherent, Deformed Fanatic, Reanimated Fanatic, and Reanimated Adherent — are alive simultaneously when she dies.
Clear Trash Before Pulling
Clear all trash packs around Lady Deathwhisper before engaging her — none of the trash is required for the achievement, and clearing the area makes managing adds much easier.
Enable Nameplates
Turn on nameplates (default keybind V) before pulling Lady Deathwhisper so you can clearly track which of the five required add types are currently active in the room.
Engage and Wait for Adds
Pull Lady Deathwhisper and hold all DPS — the five required add types (Cult Fanatic, Cult Adherent, Deformed Fanatic, Reanimated Fanatic, and Reanimated Adherent) spawn quickly once she is engaged, so wait for all five types to be present before dealing damage.
Use Tracking Macros
Use the following five macros to assign raid icons to each required add type, then wait until all five icons are visible before killing Lady Deathwhisper: macro 1 targets Reanimated Fanatic, macro 2 targets Cult Fanatic, macro 3 targets Deformed Fanatic, macro 4 targets Reanimated Adherent, and macro 5 targets Cult Adherent — each macro uses /cleartarget, /targetexact, /stopmacro, and /run SetRaidTarget to mark them.
Avoid AoE, Burn the Boss
Once all five add types are alive, use only single-target abilities to burn down Lady Deathwhisper's mana shield and then her health pool — using AoE risks killing one of the required adds before she dies, voiding the achievement.
Tips
If playing a pet class, set your pet to passive before engaging so it does not accidentally kill required adds.
Solo attempts at max level are straightforward — drain Lady Deathwhisper's mana shield to around 10%, then kite the adds while waiting for all five types to appear before finishing her off.
