Looking For More requires you to use the Dungeon Finder to complete random heroic dungeons until you have grouped with 10 different random players total.
Queue for Random Heroic
Open the Dungeon Finder and queue specifically for a random heroic dungeon, not a specific dungeon selected from the list. Queuing for a specific dungeon, even with random players, does not count toward this achievement.
Complete Three Dungeons
Complete approximately three random heroic dungeons to reach 10 grouped random players, since you do not count as one of the players toward the total. Random Burning Crusade Heroics also count, so a Level 70 character with experience turned off can use BC heroics to earn this achievement.
