Many Whelps! Handle It! (10 player)
Cause 50 Onyxia Whelplings to hatch within 10 seconds of Onyxia's liftoff, and then defeat her in 10-player mode.
Many Whelps! Handle It! (10 player) requires you to cause 50 Onyxia Whelplings to hatch within 10 seconds of Onyxia's liftoff and then defeat her in Onyxia's Lair on 10-player mode.
Position Tank at Entrance
Tank Onyxia at the entrance of her room with your back to the large rock ledge near the entrance. Her knockback will place you on top of it without sending you into the cave, and the raid should stand on the opposite side.
Watch for 65% Health
When Onyxia reaches 65% health, Phase 2 begins — this is your trigger to start hatching whelps. Watch your chat frame for her red text yell: "This meaningless exertion bores me. I'll incinerate you all from above!" and begin your run through the eggs as soon as it appears.
Assign Whelp Groups
Odd-numbered groups (1, 3, 5, 7) go left and even-numbered groups (2, 4, 6, 8) go right, with groups 7 and 8 designated as the primary whelp-hatching groups. Do not overpull or overaggro during the rest of the fight, as losing control of the encounter will cost you the attempt.
Use Speed Consumables
Speed potions such as 
Potion of the Psychopomp's Speed, speed enchants, and any movement-boosting talents are essential to reach enough eggs within the 10-second window. If soloing, begin charging toward the eggs as soon as Onyxia starts walking — do not wait for her actual liftoff animation.
Defeat Onyxia
After hatching 50 whelps within the window, finish the fight and defeat Onyxia to earn the achievement. Do not disconnect before the kill registers.
