Hand of A'dal
Earned the title, "Hand of A'dal".
Hand of A'dal is a title achievement that requires having completed the original Vials of Eternity quest (quest ID 10445) either before patch 3.0.2 or by having it shared before patch 3.0.3.
Verify Quest Completion
Paste the following script into your chat to check if you completed quest ID 10445: /run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(10445)). A result of '1' means you completed it and are eligible for the title; a result of 'nil' means you did not and cannot obtain the title.
Enter SSC, Kill Fathom-Lord
If you are eligible, enter Serpentshrine Cavern and defeat Fathom-Lord Karathress, then accept the quest from the NPC released from the cage behind him and complete the resulting quest line.
Do Not Abandon Vials Quest
If you currently have quest ID 10445 in your log, do not abandon it under any circumstances, as the quest is no longer shareable and abandoning it will permanently remove your eligibility for this title.
Tips
If you had quest ID 10445 in your log before patch 3.0.2, you retain eligibility for the title even after the patch.
