Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros

To earn the 'Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros' achievement, you must equip 
Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros — simply owning it in your inventory is not enough.
Check Class Eligibility
Only Death Knights, Warriors, Shamans, Paladins, and Druids are eligible to receive this achievement, as Sulfuras is restricted to these classes.
Equip Sulfuras to Qualify
Once you have Sulfuras in your possession, you must physically equip the mace — having it sit in your inventory or bags will not grant the achievement.
Note the Guild Achievement Exception
The guild version of this achievement does not require you to equip Sulfuras; your guild will receive guild achievement credit without equipping it, but your personal character achievement requires equipping it.
Game Masters Cannot Grant It
Because the achievement was changed in patch 3.3 from 'Owner of...' to 'Wielder of...', a Game Master cannot grant you this achievement — you must equip the item yourself to fulfill the 'Wielder' requirement.
