We've All Got Swords!
Collect the sword cosmetics listed below.
We've All Got Swords! requires you to collect two sword cosmetics — the Tulwar of the Golden Guard and the Phaseblade of the Void Marches — both found as treasures in the Untethered Space zone on K'aresh.
Unlock Reshii Wraps Cloak
Complete the K'aresh story quests to obtain the 
Reshii Wraps cloak. This achievement is time-gated by at least one weekly reset, as the required cloak talent 'What Lies Beyond' is the fourth talent and cannot be unlocked in week 1 — only the first two talents are available initially.
Upgrade Cloak to Rank 4
Upgrade your Reshii Wraps to unlock the fourth talent, 'What Lies Beyond.' This talent allows you to see and interact with the Phase Diving treasures in Untethered Space that contain both swords needed for this achievement.
Collect Tulwar of the Golden Guard
Travel to Untethered Space and locate the 
Tulwar of the Golden Guard treasure at 51.05, 65.09. This is a spawning treasure, so it may not be available immediately upon arrival.
Collect Phaseblade of the Void Marches
Also in Untethered Space, find the 
Phaseblade of the Void Marches treasure at 50.82, 35.34. Both this treasure and the Tulwar are part of the Treasures of K'aresh collection and share the same spawn behavior.
Tips
Both treasures are on spawn timers and may not be present when you arrive — revisit the locations at 51.05, 65.09 and 50.82, 35.34 in Untethered Space until both have spawned. See the video guides for visual reference on navigating to each treasure.
