Loot Ixthar's Favorite Crystal and slay Ixthar the Unblinking.
Ixthar's Legacy is a 10-point achievement earned by looting Ixthar's Favorite Crystal and slaying Ixthar the Unblinking, both found within the Untethered Space phase on K'aresh.
Unlock Untethered Space Access
Complete the K'aresh main story quests and obtain the 
Reshii Wraps to unlock Phase Diving into the Untethered Space. Upgrade Reshii Wraps to Level 4 (What Lies Beyond) to access Untethered Space treasures and see Phase Diving locations across the map.
Enter Untethered Space
Activate Phase Diving using your Reshii Wraps to enter the Untethered Space. You can use the Untethered Space entry points scattered across the map to fast-travel within the zone.
Loot Crystal and Slay Ixthar
While in the Untethered Space (Phase Diving active), head to at 64.08, 43.96 to find Ixthar's Favorite Crystal and Ixthar the Unblinking. Loot Ixthar's Favorite Crystal and defeat Ixthar the Unblinking to complete the achievement. Ixthar is soloable with decent gear.
