Breaking the Legion III
Defeat all Lesser Invasion Point Commanders on Argus with a Timerunner.
Breaking the Legion III requires you to defeat all Lesser Invasion Point Commanders on Argus using a Timerunner character, and rewards a Greater Bronze Cache upon completion.
Learn the Commander Pool
There are 15 possible commanders spread across 6 invasion points: Naigtal, Sangua, Val, Bonich, Cen'gar, and Aurinor. Mazgoroth, Gorgoloth, Dread Knight Zak'gal, Fel Lord Kaz'ral, Harbinger Drel'nathar, Dreadbringer Valus, Malphazel, Vogrethar the Defiled, and Baldrazar can appear in all six invasions. Flamecaller Vazrah, Flameweaver Verathix, Vel'thrak the Punisher, and Flamebringer Az'rothel only appear in Naigtal, Val, Bonich, Cen'gar, and Aurinor — not Sangua.
Farm Invasion Point: Val
Once you start encountering commanders you have already defeated, focus on Invasion Point: Val, as its clear time is significantly faster than the other five invasion points.
Cycle for Specific Commanders
To target a specific remaining commander, enter an invasion, complete stage one and stage two, then check which commander has spawned. If it is not the one you need, leave the instance without defeating the boss and re-enter, repeating until the desired commander appears.
Use a Second Account to Reset
If you have already completed a particular invasion portal, use a second level 80 Timerunner account that has not completed it: have that account zone into a fresh instance, invite your main from the second account (the uncompleted account must be party leader), then zone your main in to force a fresh instance. Once inside, have the second account leave the party and zone out, then complete the invasion on your main.
Tips
Do not defeat the commander if it is not one you need — zoning out before the boss is killed does not lock the invasion, allowing unlimited re-rolls on the same portal.
