Wait for Flotsam's Spawn
Flotsam appears on an 11-day rotation in Legion: Remix, confirmed on October 26, November 6, and November 17, 2025. He is not part of the daily world boss rotation and does not appear every day.
Find and Defeat Flotsam
When Flotsam is active, he appears on the map as a world quest marked with a skull. The kill only counts toward the achievement when the world quest is present — defeating him without an active world quest will not grant the achievement.
