Complete Uniting the Isles
If world quests are not visible on your map, complete the quest Uniting the Isles to unlock them — the kill only counts toward the achievement when Ana-Mouz is active as a world quest marked with a skull on the map.
Wait for Ana-Mouz's Rotation
During Legion Remix, the world boss rotates daily, so Ana-Mouz will not always be available — check your map in Suramar each day for the skull icon indicating she is the active world boss.
Defeat Ana-Mouz
Travel to Suramar and defeat Ana-Mouz while she is the active world quest; kills made without the associated world quest active do not count toward the achievement.
