Nithogg is a world boss in Stormheim that you must defeat during Legion Remix when it appears as the daily rotating world boss.
Complete Uniting the Isles
If world quests are not visible on your map, complete the quest Uniting the Isles first to unlock them.
Find Nithogg world quest
Look for Nithogg marked on your map as a world quest with a skull icon in Stormheim. This boss rotates daily during Legion Remix, so the quest only appears when Nithogg is the active world boss.
Defeat Nithogg
Travel to Stormheim and defeat Nithogg. The achievement only counts if you complete the world quest associated with the kill.
