Complete the Atiesh Quest
Complete the Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian quest chain to receive the achievement. Characters who completed the quest before Wrath of the Lich King's release were retroactively awarded the achievement.
Visit Karazhan With Atiesh
Once you have Atiesh equipped, enter Karazhan and defeat Shade of Aran — with the staff equipped, he will yell a special line referencing Atiesh and Medivh, triggering a hidden easter egg.
Transmogrify Atiesh
As of patch 8.3, Atiesh can be transmogrified, allowing you to apply its appearance to other staves.
