Why? Because It's Red
Obtain a Red Qiraji Resonating Crystal.
The achievement 'Why? Because It's Red' is earned by obtaining a Red Qiraji Resonating Crystal, which drops from Obsidian Eradicators and Anubisath Sentinels inside the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj at a 1–2% drop rate.
Enter Temple of Ahn'Qiraj
Enter the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj and kill the patrol at the start of the instance before engaging the Anubisath Sentinels.
Farm Anubisath Sentinels
Charge the pack of 4 Anubisath Sentinels and kill 3 of them one by one — do not use cleave or area attacks, as when one dies the remaining Sentinels are healed for roughly 42–45% of their max health and gain random shared buffs from their fallen brothers.
Reset and Repeat
After killing 3 Sentinels, run out of the instance and re-enter; the 3 killed Sentinels will have respawned, allowing you to continue farming without a full reset. Obsidian Eradicators also have a 1–2% chance to drop the crystal, so kill them whenever they are present.
Tips
The Red Qiraji Resonating Crystal has a 1–2% drop rate, meaning you should statistically see one within approximately 67 kills, which is around 22 instance resets if killing 3 Sentinels per run.
Yellow, Blue, and Green Qiraji Resonating Crystals also drop from the same mobs, so do not confuse them with the Red crystal required for this achievement.
