Titan Console Overcharged
Purchase enough Titan Discs to unlock all of the skills in the Overcharged Titan Console.
Titan Console Overcharged requires purchasing 17 Titan Discs using 
Titan Disc Shards collected from Overcharged Delves, totaling 1700 shards to unlock all skills in the Overcharged Titan Console.
Run Overcharged Delves
Farm Titan Disc Shards by running Overcharged Delves. For the fastest shard accumulation, run level 1 Overcharged Delves and loot all enemies, curios, and chests. If you also want Undercoin and Brann experience, run level 4 Overcharged Delves instead, as they are only slightly harder but award significantly more rewards.
Purchase 17 Titan Discs
You need 1700 Titan Disc Shards total to buy all 17 Titan Discs from the Overcharged Titan Console. The achievement unlocks after purchasing all 17 discs, not after selecting the 17 buffs — though buying the buffs as you go will make each subsequent Overcharged Delve run faster.
Tips
Overcharged Delves and this achievement are no longer available in Season 3 of The War Within. The
OC91 Chariot mount is now purchasable from Sir Finley Mrrgglton for 15000 Undercoin, and Undercoin resets to 0 each season, so the full 15000 must be farmed within a single season.
