Purchase First Bank Tab
Open your personal bank and purchase the first tab for 
1 gold.
Purchase Second Bank Tab
Purchase the second tab for 100 gold, bringing your total spent to 101 gold.
Purchase Third Bank Tab
Purchase the third tab for 500 gold, bringing your total spent to 601 gold.
Purchase Fourth Bank Tab
Purchase the fourth tab for 1,000 gold, bringing your total spent to 1,601 gold.
Purchase Fifth Bank Tab
Purchase the fifth tab for 2,500 gold, bringing your total spent to 4,101 gold.
Purchase Sixth Bank Tab
Purchase the sixth and final tab for 5,000 gold, reaching the full total of 9,101 gold spent across all six tabs and unlocking the achievement.
Tips
Characters who had all bank bags, the reagent bank, and void storage fully purchased before the new system launched were automatically granted all six tabs, so completing those purchases on alts before the system goes live avoids spending the full 9,101 gold.
