The Enterprising Healer requires you to complete all seasonal dungeons at Mythic Keystone level 10 or higher within the time limit during The War Within Season 2 while playing as a Healer.

Complete Each Dungeon In Time
Run each seasonal dungeon at Mythic Keystone level 10 or higher while assigned to the Healer role, finishing within the time limit. Progress is not awarded retroactively, so only runs completed after the achievement was added will count toward your total.
