Bullhorn of Plenty

Bullhorn of Plenty requires you to use the 
Bullhorn of Calling 5 times in a single match.
Collect Bullhorn of Calling
Complete matches and loot the chest that spawns upon finishing each one. You can receive multiple Bullhorn of Calling per chest, sometimes as many as 3. Collect at least 5 before attempting this achievement.
Clear All Trash First
Enter a new match and kill all trash enemies in the arena. The Bullhorn of Calling cannot be used until all trash has been cleared.
Use Bullhorn Five Times
After clearing the trash, click the Bullhorn of Calling from your bag to spawn additional enemies. The item has a 30-second cooldown, so kill the bosses slowly to give yourself enough time to use the item 5 times within a single match.
Tips
You can knock out all three Bullhorn achievements in one match by stockpiling 15 Bullhorn of Calling and using them all during a single run, earning Bullhorn of Plenty at 5 uses, Bullhorn of More Plenty at 10, and Bullhorn of Most Plenty at 15.
