Bounty Seeker
Complete 4 Warrants in K'aresh.
Bounty Seeker requires you to complete 4 Warrants in K'aresh, rewarding the 
Starlight pet upon completion.
Travel to Quest Start
Head to Tazavesh, the Veiled Market and pick up one of the 6 available weekly Warrant quests at 48.7, 57.7. The available warrants are: Warrant: Arcana-Monger So'zer, Warrant: Grubber, Warrant: Shatterpulse, Warrant: Xy'vox the Twisted, Warrant: Purple Peat, and Warrant: Hollowbane — all starting from this same location.
Complete Each Warrant Questline
Each warrant involves picking up the quest, completing 3 additional quests, then using a key reward to summon and kill a rare enemy. The keys associated with each warrant are: 
Purple Peat Cell Key, 
Xy'vox Refuge Dampener, 
Grubber Lure, 
Arcane Lure, 
Shatterpulse Cell Key, and 
Hollowbane Portal Key.
Only One Warrant Per Week
You can only complete 1 Warrant quest per week, so earning Bounty Seeker requires a minimum of 4 weekly resets. The achievement is character-specific and cannot be shared across alts.
Consider Buying Keys on Auction House
All warrant keys are not bind on pickup and can be purchased from the Auction House. Keys bought this way still count toward achievement progress.
Tips
Completing all 6 warrants rewards the Moonlighter and
Terror of the Night mount, so continuing past 4 warrants has additional value.
