Through the Looking Glass
Complete all objectives in the Revisited Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit while not in a party and with all 8 Faceless Masks active.
Through the Looking Glass requires completing all objectives in both the Revisited Horrific Vision of Stormwind and the Revisited Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar in a single visit each, solo, with all 8 Faceless Masks active, and rewards the title The Mad.
Use the same character
Both the Stormwind and Orgrimmar Revisited Horrific Visions must be completed on the same character. Completing them on different characters will not count toward this achievement.
Remove Soridormi before entering
Soridormi counts as a party member. Entering either vision with Soridormi active will invalidate the solo requirement and prevent the achievement from being awarded, even if all 8 Faceless Masks are active and all objectives are completed.
Complete both visions solo
Enter each Revisited Horrific Vision alone, with all 8 Faceless Masks equipped, and complete all objectives within a single visit. Both visions must be completed this way to earn Through the Looking Glass.

This achievement is still obtainable as of patch 11.2.
