Mad World
Complete all objectives in the Revisited Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar in a single visit while not in a party and with any 5 Faceless Masks active .
Mad World requires completing all objectives in both a Horrific Vision of Stormwind and a Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar as a solo player with exactly 5 Faceless Masks active, rewarding the title The Faceless One.
Remove Soridormi Before Entering
Soridormi counts as a party member and disqualifies you from the solo requirement. Remove her before entering both Visions or the achievement will not trigger even on a successful clear.
Activate Exactly 5 Masks
Equip exactly 5 Faceless Masks before entering each Vision. Running with 8 masks does not satisfy this achievement's requirement — it must be exactly 5.
Clear Stormwind Vision Solo
Enter the Horrific Vision of Stormwind alone with 5 masks active and complete all objectives in a single visit.
Clear Orgrimmar Vision Solo
Enter the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar alone with 5 masks active and complete all objectives in a single visit. Both Visions must be completed under these conditions for the achievement to unlock.
Tips
Both Visions must each be completed in separate solo runs with exactly 5 masks — completing one Vision does not carry progress to the other.
