Complete all objectives in any Revisited Horrific Vision with any 5 Faceless Masks active.
Symphony of Masks requires completing all objectives in any Revisited Horrific Vision with all 5 Faceless Masks active simultaneously.
Activate All 5 Masks
Before entering the Horrific Vision, equip all 5 Faceless Masks. The achievement requires exactly 5 masks active — note that completing a run with 6 masks does NOT grant the 5-mask achievement.
Plan Your Sanity Management
Collect Sanity potions early in the run to avoid spending Sanity orbs prematurely. One confirmed area order is Cathedral, then the Dwarven District, then Old Town, then the Trade District, then the Mage Quarter — completing two full areas before using your first orb is the target.
Use Orbs Strategically
Save your first orb for the Matthias Shaw encounter and activate it while still regenerating Sanity. Use your second orb in the final area around the first elite depending on remaining Sanity, and use your third orb during the Mage Quarter boss to cover interrupt cooldown downtime.
Clear Random Mob Spawns
Randomly spawning mobs in the vision can drop large Versatility and Critical Strike buffs when killed — clearing these provides a significant power increase for the remainder of the run.
Handle Final Bosses Carefully
Rexxar and Thrall are the most difficult final bosses, particularly for ranged or caster classes. Thrall's barrier must be broken to deal damage and requires cooldowns, and he deals extremely high melee damage — save defensive and offensive cooldowns specifically for these two encounters.
Maximize Tributes Beforehand
Maximize your tribute ranks before attempting this run. The Sanity potion tribute in particular should be ranked up as high as possible, as lower ranks on this tribute make Sanity management significantly harder.
Unlock Reward Per Character
Despite the achievement tooltip indicating it is Warbound, the weapon vendor unlock from Chreni, the Heroic Weaponsmith must be earned individually on each character that needs access to the weapons.
Tips
If you completed a 6-mask run but the 5-mask achievement did not credit, verify that you had exactly the required masks equipped and that all objectives were fully completed before the run ended.
