Time to Vote! Cute or Scary?
Defeat Loom'ithar after everyone decides whether they would rather /cower from it or /cuddle it before starting the battle in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher.
Time to Vote! Cute or Scary? requires every player to target Loom'ithar and cast either /cower or /cuddle before pulling the boss in Manaforge Omega on Normal difficulty or higher, then defeat Loom'ithar to earn the achievement.
Target Loom'ithar Before Pulling
Before engaging Loom'ithar, every player in the group must target the boss and type either /cuddle or /cower in chat. You will receive a Voted debuff confirming your vote has been cast.
Wait for All Votes
Wait until every player has the Voted debuff before starting the fight. Mixed votes are allowed — a group of 15 can have some players /cuddle and others /cower, as the majority determines the outcome.
Understand the Boss Buff
Once all votes are cast, Loom'ithar receives a buff based on the majority vote: /cuddle causes the boss to take 15% less damage, while /cower causes the boss to deal 15% more damage. Either outcome counts for the achievement.
Defeat Loom'ithar
Pull and defeat Loom'ithar as normal — the fight is otherwise unchanged aside from the voted buff on the boss. The achievement is awarded upon defeating Loom'ithar.
Tips
Choosing /cower as the majority vote makes the boss deal more damage but does not reduce its health, so /cuddle majority is the easier option for less experienced groups since it only reduces damage dealt to the boss rather than increasing its damage output.
