Elders of Khaz Algar is a 10-point exploration achievement earned by honoring all Elders and Archivists found across the four zones of Khaz Algar during the Lunar New Year event.
Honor Isle of Dorn Archivists
Visit Archivist Rubbleglint at 40.91, 87.35 in the Isle of Dorn — he stands on a rock in the sea in the far south. Then travel to Archivist Coppermoss at 48.62, 13.95, found on a rock near the sea behind the large mountain in the north of the island. Complete the honor quest at each to receive one 
Coin of Ancestry and one 
Lucky Red Envelope.
Honor The Ringing Deeps Archivists
Find Archivist Farolt at 48.9, 67.3 in The Ringing Deeps and complete the honor quest, then locate Archivist Silsigra at 67.29, 52.98 in the same zone and honor them as well.
Honor Hallowfall Elders
Travel to Elder Knythall at 25.88, 51.93 in Hallowfall and complete the honor quest, then find Elder Swornvow at 66.27, 46.28 in the same zone and honor them.
Honor Azj-Kahet Elders
Visit Elder Ikk'zivan at 66.91, 85.53 in Azj-Kahet and complete the honor quest, then find Elder Ikk'xataz at 46.82, 57.21 in the same zone and honor them to complete the achievement.
