Undermine Safari
In Undermine, Zandalar, and The Ringing Deeps, catch all of the battle pets listed below.
Undermine Safari is a 5-point achievement that rewards the pet Lettuce for catching all required battle pets across three zones: The Undermine, Gutterville in the Ringing Deeps, and Kaja Coast in Zandalar.
Catch Pets in The Undermine
Head into The Undermine and catch the following pets: Varmint MK II at 70.91, 65.94; Cave Crab at 61.4, 30.63; Bombshell Crab at 41.01, 23.89; Venture Bombshell at 52.8, 85.4; Wily Rat at 22, 51; Lime Roboclucker at 42, 10.2 (accessible over the roof through a door); and Underroach at 19.14, 51.81. Spring-Loaded Ribbitron does not spawn as a primary pet — it only appears as a secondary pet during battles fought within The Undermine zone, so engage other pet battles until it shows up as a backline pet.
Catch Pets in Gutterville, Ringing Deeps
Travel to Gutterville in the Ringing Deeps and catch Frenzied Bloodtick at 68.06, 90.72 and Hemospore at 71.23, 97.67. Frenzied Bloodtick can be difficult to find — if it is not spawning, kill all nearby battle pets and critters in the area to force a respawn. Hemospore uses a Burst ability, so be prepared during the capture battle.
Catch Pets in Kaja Coast, Zandalar
Travel to Kaja Coast on the west side of Zuldazar and catch Kaja Crab, found just inside the cave entrance at 23.69, 60.2 or towards the back of the cave at 20.86, 53.9, and Tropical Frog at 21.93, 56.09. There is a tunnel back to The Undermine nearby if you have it unlocked. Avoid using AoE attacks when defeating critter versions of these pets, as AoE damage can kill them before you get a chance to capture the battle version.
Use a Target Macro to Locate Pets
To quickly locate any pet you are still missing, use the following macro by replacing 'Pet Name' with the name of the pet you need: /cleartarget, /tar Pet Name, /cleartarget, /stopmacro. All pets in these zones can also appear as backline secondary pets during any battle, so fighting random pets in the area gives additional chances to encounter ones that are not spawning as primary targets.
Tips
The achievement references 'Venture Crab' but the actual pet required is Venture Bombshell at 52.8, 85.4 in The Undermine — catching Venture Bombshell completes that criterion.
Acid-Drenched Rat, Alchemical Runoff, and Paleshell Crab are catchable in The Undermine but are not required for the Undermine Safari achievement.
