Complete the Reforged Anew Quest
Work through the Reforged Anew quest line from Angorla to receive WindSinger's Runed Citrine as a quest reward.
Purchase from Siren Isle Vendors
Buy Mariner's Hallowed Citrine from Apprentice Tanmar, Roaring War Queen's Citrine from Taljori, and Thunderlord's Crackling Citrine from Didi the Wrench — purchasing from these vendors counts toward the achievement.
Farm Kills and Chests
Mariner's Hallowed Citrine, Roaring War Queen's Citrine, and Thunderlord's Crackling Citrine can also drop from enemies and chests on the Siren Isle if you prefer not to purchase them.
Complete Triggered Weekly Events
Old Salt's Bardic Citrine and Stormbringer's Runed Citrine are weekly rewards from triggered events on the Siren Isle; Old Salt's Bardic Citrine can drop from Nerathor in the Drowned Lair event.
Complete Weekly Quest: Tides of Greed
Complete the weekly quest Tides of Greed to receive credit for 
Legendary Skipper's Citrine.
Complete Weekly Quest: Serpent's Wrath
Complete the weekly quest Serpent's Wrath to receive credit for 
Seabed Leviathan's Citrine.
Tips
Legendary Skipper's Citrine and Seabed Leviathan's Citrine require completing their respective weekly quests (Tides of Greed and Serpent's Wrath) for achievement credit, meaning this achievement requires at least as many weekly resets as it takes to access both quests.
