Buy a Tier 2 Ensemble
Spend Timewarped Badges at the Anniversary vendor to purchase any updated Tier 2 armor set ensemble. If you need a guaranteed option that counts, 
Ensemble: Earth-Warder's Eternal Armor works even though Evokers had no original Tier 2 set.
Sell It Back Immediately
After the achievement unlocks, return the ensemble to the vendor for a full Timewarped Badge refund — the achievement is yours to keep.
