Upgraded Apparel requires you to purchase an updated Tier 2 armor set from Vendor Traeya during the WoW Anniversary celebration at the Caverns of Time.
Visit Vendor Traeya
Head to the Caverns of Time celebration area and find Vendor Traeya at 63.07, 50.95 — she is the first NPC to the left as you enter the main hub. Purchase any updated Tier 2 armor set from her to complete the achievement.
Gather Bronze Celebration Tokens
The first Tier 2 set you purchase costs 60 Bronze Celebration Tokens. Each subsequent set is cheaper: the second costs 40 Bronze Celebration Tokens, and the third and beyond each cost 20 Bronze Celebration Tokens, with all eight sets totaling 320 Bronze Celebration Tokens.
Choose the Correct Class Set
There is exactly one Tier 2 set per class, so read each set's description carefully before purchasing to confirm it belongs to your intended class.
Tips
If you are buying sets for multiple characters, the cost per set decreases with each purchase — the first costs 60, the second 40, and all further sets cost 20 Bronze Celebration Tokens each.
