Pet Mischief is a 10-point achievement in Tanaris earned by using a Pet Mirror to disguise yourself as your summoned companion pet.
Summon a Companion Pet
Open your pet journal and summon any companion pet, then target it before proceeding.
Find the Pet Box
Head to the pet play area in Tanaris and locate the Pet Box at 62.03, 50.09, which sits next to the Pet Greeter.
Loot and Use the Pet Mirror
Click the Pet Box to loot the 
Pet Mirror, then use it while your companion pet is targeted to instantly earn the achievement.
