Visit at least 10 vista locations by taking vista portals.

Photo Op! is a 10-point achievement earned by visiting at least 10 vista locations through blue vista portals found at the holiday grounds.

1

Find the Blue Portals

Travel to the holiday grounds and locate the 3 blue portals at 62.4, 49.4. Each portal sends you to a different zone and grants credit toward the achievement for that zone.

2

Take Each Portal

Step through all 3 available blue portals. Known portal destinations include Twilight Highlands at 59.6, 16.8, Uldum at 69.9, 34.7, and Mount Hyjal at 34.3, 30.9. You do not need to open any chest or take pictures upon arrival — simply arriving through the portal counts as credit.

3

Return and Repeat Weekly

A return portal spawns at your arrival point in each zone, sending you back to the original portals at 62.4, 49.4. Additional known destination zones include Ohn'ahran Plains at 37, 57.5, The Azure Span at 67.1, 34.8, The Waking Shores at 33.3, 76.6, Nagrand at 73, 12.6, Gorgrond at 37.9, 57.1, Shadowmoon Valley at 68.7, 55, The Storm Peaks at 31.6, 40.2, Icecrown at 49.4, 72.7, Grizzly Hills at 64.4, 42.8, and Valley of the Four Winds at 44, 18.5. Since only 3 portals are available at a time and they reset weekly, completing all 10 required zones takes a minimum of 4 weekly resets.

Tips

  • You must use the portal to reach each zone — traveling there manually without using the portal does not grant achievement credit.

  • The portals rotate on a weekly basis, so track which zones you have already completed to avoid waiting on duplicates.
