Fashion Critic
Cast 1 vote at the Fashion Frenzy.
Fashion Critic is a 10-point achievement earned by casting a single vote during the Fashion Frenzy event.
Arrive Before Event Starts
Head to the Fashion Frenzy location at 63.4, 49.1. The first callout occurs at 10 minutes past the hour, so arrive before then to be ready.
Choose Your Transmog Theme
At 15 minutes past the hour, a theme is announced and you have 2 minutes to make a free transmog change to match it. Known themes include Dangerous and Destructive, Ensemble of the Aspects, Super Bloom, Take Flight, Alliance vs Horde, Bastion's Best, Cataclysmic Costume, Humble Beginnings, and Yes, Chef!, so you can prepare an outfit in advance.
Pick Up a Ribbon
After your 2-minute transmog window ends, go to the table to the right of the stage where Althaea is standing. Red ribbons will have spawned there — pick one up and your action bar will change to allow you to vote on other players. Each ribbon has 5 charges.
Cast Your First Vote
Target another player nearby and use your ribbon to place a vote on them. Casting just 1 vote awards the Fashion Critic achievement. The event concludes and winners are revealed at 20 minutes past the hour. Note that at least one other player must be present for you to vote.
Tips
The next achievement in this series, Big Fan, requires 20 total votes. Since each ribbon provides 5 votes, you will need to participate in 4 separate events to complete it.
Preparing your transmog outfit before the event using the known theme list above lets you skip the 2-minute rush and head straight to the ribbon table when voting opens.
