Successfully unlock all five of Muff's Auto-Lockers throughout Undermine.
Nine-Tenths of the Law is an achievement earned by looting all five Muff's Auto-Lockers hidden throughout Undermine, each containing a part that combines into an 
Inoperative Mega-Mecha Gorilla, also rewarding 5 Trader's Tender.
Loot All Five Auto-Lockers
Find and loot all five Muff's Auto-Lockers scattered across Undermine: the 
Mega-Mecha Fork at 23.82, 45.38; the 
Mega-Mecha Grease at 71.45, 85.94; the 
Mega-Mecha Gorilla Batteries at 75.14, 22.95; the 
Mega-Mecha Engine at 56.67, 55.47; and the 
Mega-Mecha Chasis at 34.33, 82.86. Looting all five completes the achievement and awards 5 Trader's Tender.
Combine the Five Parts
Once all five parts are in your inventory, combine them together to create the Inoperative Mega-Mecha Gorilla, which serves as a quest starter.
Turn In to Ditty Fuzeboy
Bring the Inoperative Mega-Mecha Gorilla to Ditty Fuzeboy at 35.4, 41.4 in Undermine to complete the quest and receive the Mega-Mecha Gorilla battle pet.
