Gilded of the Undermine requires you to reach an average item level of 675 during The War Within Season 2.
Reach 675 Average Item Level
Gear your character until your average item level reaches 675, including unequipped items in your bags. If your average item level exceeds 675 but the achievement has not triggered, relog your character to force it to register.
Understand the Warband Discount
Earning this achievement is intended to grant your warband a discount on gilded crest upgrades, reducing the cost from 15 crests per level to 10 crests per level. However, the discount does not apply to the character that earned the achievement — only to alts — and the account-wide discount has since been changed to be based purely on gear slot, making this achievement have no practical effect.
