Carved of the Undermine is a War Within Season 2 achievement earned by reaching item level 645 in every gear slot, which unlocks the ability to trade Carved Undermine Crests for Runed Undermine Crests.
Reach 645 in Every Slot
Loot or acquire item level 645 gear for every slot. The achievement tracks hidden per-slot highwater marks based on your highest looted items, so you do not need to have the items equipped.
Handle Rings and Trinkets Carefully
Rings and trinkets require two separate 645 items that can be equipped simultaneously — the tracker records your second-highest qualifying piece. Because most rings and trinkets are unique-equipped, looting the same one twice does not count toward the second slot.
Check Missing Slots with a Macro
Run this macro to see which slots have not yet reached 645: /run local n=tInvert(Enum.ItemRedundancySlot),a;for i=0,16 do a = C_ItemUpgrade.GetHighWatermarkForSlot(i); if a < 645 then print(a, n) end end. For weapon slots, you need either a two-handed weapon or one main-hand and one off-hand depending on your class.
