Crate Insurance Agent
Find and return 6 Celebration Crates.
Crate Insurance Agent is a 10-point achievement earned by finding and returning 6 Celebration Crates hidden across multiple zones, unlocked after speaking with Alyx and accepting the harder challenges to reveal ransom notes on the bulletin board.
Start with Alyx
Travel to Alyx at 63.02, 50.28 in the main tent and confirm you want the harder challenges. Once accepted, the bulletin board behind her will show the 
Damp Ransom Note — click it to begin tracking the crates.
Collect Soggy Crate in Zuldazar
Head to Zuldazar and swim underwater to 54.30, 54.53 to find Nikto on the sea floor. Buy the 
Clam Digger from her, then swim up to the large clam at 54.26, 54.27 and interact with it to retrieve the 
Soggy Celebration Crate.
Collect Hazy Crate in Desolace
Travel to Desolace and die before heading to 54, 58.1 — you must be dead to see and interact with the Hazy Celebration Crate at that location.
Collect Sandy Crate via Thousand Needles
Go to Thousand Needles and enter the underwater cave entrance at 66.35, 86.14, then loot the 
Water-Resistant Receipt from the ground at 64.91, 84.45. Bring this receipt to Vashti the Wandering Merchant in Azsuna at 66.4, 40.4 and purchase the Sandy Celebration Crate for 
500 gold.
Collect Dirt-Caked Crate in Karazhan
Travel to the Karazhan Crypt entrance (not the dungeon instance) at 39.83, 73.11 in Deadwind Pass. Descend the spiral tunnel at 33.52, 70.72, swim across to 30.22, 81.33, and find the Dirt-Caked Celebration Crate at 22.43, 83.74.
Collect Battered Crate in Howling Fjord
Travel to Howling Fjord and retrieve the Battered Celebration Crate at 29.41, 6.36.
Collect Waterlogged Crate
Head to the location at 69.17, 68.64 and collect the Waterlogged Celebration Crate to complete your sixth crate and finish the achievement.
Tips
You must talk to Alyx and explicitly accept the harder challenges before ransom notes become visible on the bulletin board — without this step, the notes will not appear.
The Hazy Celebration Crate in Desolace is only visible and lootable while your character is dead, so release your spirit and navigate to 54, 58.1 before resurrecting.
