Speak With Alyx
Find Alyx and speak with her to begin the Guest Relations storyline. Even if she does not display a quest marker, talking to her directly will prompt the next task, which she posts on the bulletin board beside her.
Grab the Ransom Note
Take the 
Damp Ransom Note from the bulletin board next to Alyx to advance the storyline.
Investigate the Imposters
Track down the imposters hidden throughout the area. Reshad the Imposter is at 63.04, 49.24, Maru the Imposter is at 61.91, 49.9, Lorewalker Cho the Imposter is at 61.65, 51.05, and Jepetto Joybuzz the Imposter is at 63.79, 51.76.
Return to Alyx
After handling each task, return to Alyx at 62.55, 60 to turn in your progress and unlock the next step of the Guest Relations storyline. New quests unlock each day, so return daily to continue the chain until the achievement completes.
Tips
New quests in the Guest Relations storyline become available each day at 4PM Central European Time, so log in after that time to pick up the latest step.
