A Star of Dorn requires you to unlock all four actor perks for the Theater Troupe by completing quests tied to your Renown with the Council of Dornogal.
Reach Renown 3
Earn Renown Level 3 with the Council of Dornogal, then speak with Elma at 56.79, 52.19 to start the Attention-Getter quest and unlock your first actor perk.
Reach Renown 8
Earn Renown Level 8 with the Council of Dornogal, then speak with Wendeline at The Proscenium to start the Quickchange Artist quest and unlock the second actor perk.
Reach Renown 14
Earn Renown Level 14 with the Council of Dornogal, then speak with Rabaan at The Proscenium to start the Authenticity in Dress quest and unlock the third actor perk.
Reach Renown 21
Earn Renown Level 21 with the Council of Dornogal, then speak with Burkhalt at The Proscenium to start the Resonant Performance quest and unlock the fourth and final actor perk, completing the achievement.
