A Delver's Bounty
Find and open 10 Hidden Troves using Delver's Bounties.
A Delver's Bounty is earned by finding and opening 10 Hidden Troves using 
Delver's Bounties, which are rare drops obtained at the end of Bountiful Delves.
Run Bountiful Delves
Complete Bountiful Delves to receive Delver's Bounty as a rare drop. These can drop from delves as low as level 6, so you are not restricted to higher difficulty tiers.
Use Each Delver's Bounty
When a Delver's Bounty drops, use it before completing a delve run — it applies a buff that grants access to a hidden chest at the end of the run, which counts toward your 10/10 progress.
Repeat Until 10 Troves
Continue farming Bountiful Delves and using each Delver's Bounty to open Hidden Troves until you reach 10 total, at which point the achievement is awarded.
Tips
The Delver's Bounty drop rate is low — completing over 120 delves without reaching 10/10 is possible, so extended farming should be expected.
