The Dread Pit Discoveries
Find and open all Sturdy Chests hidden in The Dread Pit.
The Dread Pit Discoveries is a 5-point exploration achievement earned by finding and opening all Sturdy Chests hidden inside The Dread Pit delve.
Enter The Dread Pit
The Dread Pit contains 4 to 5 Sturdy Chests per run. Because the delve has multiple storylines, some chests only appear during specific story variants, so you may need more than one run to collect them all.
Collect First Chest Group
Search for Sturdy Chests at 45.34, 15.25, at 43.57, 27.16, at 32.74, 39.66, at 36.16, 33.08, and at 53.55, 82.14 during your first run.
Collect Second Chest Group
On a subsequent run or storyline, locate Sturdy Chests at 58.38, 46.91, at 32.97, 73.97, at 34.41, 65.33, at 49.34, 35.76, and at 55.68, 44.46. Note that the chest at 55.68, 44.46 requires using a Jumping Mushroom first, with the actual chest found at 53.45, 41.66.
Collect Remaining Chests
Check for the final set of Sturdy Chests at 46.47, 20.00, at 62.10, 53.15, and at 74.40, 69.53, which may appear in an alternate storyline if they were not present in your earlier runs.
Tips
If a chest is missing from its location, run The Dread Pit again on a different storyline — some chests are exclusive to specific story variants and will not appear in every run.
