Realm First! Grand Crusader is a one-time realm achievement earned by being the first group on your realm to clear Trial of the Grand Crusader in 25-player mode with 50 or more attempts still remaining.
Preserve Attempts Through Bosses
Enter Trial of the Grand Crusader on 25-player heroic difficulty and defeat all bosses without expending more than 0 attempts, as the raid begins with 50 and each wipe consumes one — the achievement requires 50 attempts remaining upon completion, meaning no wipes are permitted.
Burn Anub'arak Without Underground Phase
On the Anub'arak encounter, focus all damage on the boss to burn through his health and two sets of adds before he submerges underground — eliminating the underground phase entirely is the recommended strategy to avoid losing attempts.
Manage HP for Leeching Swarm
During Anub'arak's Leeching Swarm, keep all non-tank raid members below 10,000 HP to reduce the healing Anub'arak receives from the ability — abilities like Life Tap and Shadow Word: Death can be used to lower HP before the phase transition at 30%.
Avoid Fortitude Buff
Omit Power Word: Fortitude and high-stamina food buffs from the raid to keep HP pools as low as possible, which directly reduces the effectiveness of Leeching Swarm during the final phase.

The title awarded by this achievement displays as 'Grand Crusader' before your character's name, not 'The Grand Crusader' after it as listed on some databases.
This achievement remained attainable into the Cataclysm expansion and has been completed on live realms during that period, so it is not exclusively a Wrath of the Lich King window.
